A glass ... or two... or more?

Heard this great story about an unusual wine problem on NPR on my way back home.

What amused me the most was the fact that even though the French can and ought to be selling the wine for much cheaper to clear out the surplus, they aren't ready to do that. The sole reason being that most consumers associate the price of wine to be in direct proportion to its quality. They are scared that if they do sell the wine at 2 bucks a piece, no one will buy it next year for 10 bucks. In fact, they are actually selling the wine to the government to be used as cheap fuel. What a shame!

In case anyone is listening, I'll be most happy to take some off your hands and I'm sure so would a lot of my readers :)
